🤑Refund Director

A refund function (the Refund Director) has been implemented that allows return of the user’s funds if a problem occurs during swapping (minus source asset network gas fee of the initial send).

The Refund Director function is the first of its kind. HYEX is committed to providing a first in class experience for its users and believes no one should lose their assets due to errors!

Swap status and details can be monitored on the HYEX App interface in the Transaction Status section in near real time. Note that the received funds can sometimes be seen deposited to the user’s receiving wallet ahead of final notification. A refresh button in the connected wallet assets section can be used during swap operation. This method only works if the receiving wallet is the same as the source wallet.

Please note, in the rare event a transaction fails, HYEX will attempt the transaction 3 times after the initial fail prior to initiating a refund.
